Match Fixing

Cricket was always called 'a gentleman's game'. But I don't think it is a gentleman's game anymore. After recent news on spot-fixing during IPL-6 is really shocking 'cause three of very good cricketers were involved in this. One of them is very well-known bowler of our nation Sreesanth. I don't understand why do they need to do this when they know all the after-effects of this & they earn a hell lot of money with so much fame as a free gift offer! This is not the first time of match fixing in which a good player is involved. Eminent players like Mohd. Azaharuddin have already blackened their own image in cricketing world with this.
Among them there are many other players like our 'the God' Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly to name a few are just clean like a crystal. They were the real gentlemen who played this game with a real enthusiasm. I remember back in 90s, Sachin went to Ganguly's room when the team was out on a tour & said that he has heard the next day's match has been fixed. Ganguly told him not to worry. They will open batting first & try their level best in not getting out. They'll stay put & make as many runs as possible. Bookies can fix whatever they want to but these two won't let it happen. This is what transpired the game. Twenty four hours later Sachin & Ganguly both hit centuries & India won the match. These were the legends who gave everything for the game. Deserving thing happened to Sreesanth & his fellows who were involved in this. They should be severely punished for  insulting India on a global platform. A note to all cricketers:
Play with our heart & keep alive the spirit of cricket in India.
